Logging to the Marbed Portal

Opening the Support portal

Open your browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, ...

In the address bar, type http://support.marbed.com and press Enter.

The welcome page is displayed.

Authenticate your identity to access to your resources

Locate the Sign-in button and click on it.

Authentication methods

2 different methods are available for you to authenticate your identity:

  1. the standard method: autehntication by email address and password
  2. the social method: authentication by your one of your social Twitter, Facebook or Google account

1. The standard method (email address and password)

If you are new to the Portal, you can sign up for a new registration of your identity.

If you have an open conversation with our Support Team, your identity is already present in the Portal. Just need to set a password to allow the authentication.

If you lost your password, you can reset with a new one, at any time.

To set your password

Locate the proper link

A pop up form, ask you to type your email address (1) and click on Submit (2)

A confirmation message is displayed.

Check your inbox to open the "Marbed password reset" message.

As indicated in the message, click on the link.

A new page will open in your browser, where you can set your new password (1).

Click on the pushbutton (2) to complete.

To reset your password

Locate the proper link and click on it.

A pop up form, ask you to type your email address (1) and click on Submit (2)

A confirmation message is displayed.

Check your inbox to open the "Marbed password reset" message.

As indicated in the message, click on the link.

A new page will open in your browser, where you can set your new password (1).

Click on the pushbutton (2) to complete.

To make a new registration

Locate the proper link and click on it.

2. The Social method

Authentication by your social account, is a very easy operation, just require your to authorize your account to share your identity with Zendesk, the software powering the Support Portal

In case that you are using your personal social account as your Business permissions, it might be required to ask the Support Team to merge both authentication methods in one account so that you will be able to use both methods indifferently.

Twitter

Proving that you are correctly logged to the portal

The sign-in button has been replaced by a new push button with your name and avatar (or company logo).

You can click on it to open and edit your profile.
