Invoices are sensitive documents.
First, the access to them requires you to authenticate your identity.
Secondly, that you have the proper permissions set (this is responsibility of the Support Team).
Check to be logged to the Portal

Access the myAccount area
Two method are available:
- Follow this direct link
- Use the search bar, as follows:
1. in the search bar, type invoice or invoices
2. click on the magnifier or press enter to view the result of the search
locate the "my invoices" article stored in "myAccount" area
Request a permission refresh
Just in case you are not able to access this direct link, neither the search doesn't find the article as above described, open a support ticket to ask for a refresh of your permissions.
