My order contains a backorder item, may I know how do you handle a similar situation?


The ETA shown on our order confirmation is a guideline based on information from the production and subject to change.

Please kindly note that once you purchase backorder item, your parcel will be held until it is available.

Or you may kindly consider canceling the backorder item, we will give you credit for the product cost and send you the rest promptly.

Just in case of prolonged unavailability, we may also consider that the available items will be sent out first and the backorder item be sent later when it is available. Please contact our Sales dept. at orders@marbed.com
