Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to change details on your order, you need to act quickly:

once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we can NOT make any changes or stop the order.

 

I placed an order and I have not yet received confirmation

This is the easiest situation, just send your request on the same ticket used to place the order or create a new ticket and specify to refer to the order already placed.

 

I want to add other tools to the order I have placed

We love your additions, of course!

If the order already left our warehouse, we will arrange for a new shipment. No problem.

For sure, the best is that the original order is not yet packed, so that you can save on the shipping costs!

 

I placed an order but I want to cancel it now

We are sorry for your decision, but we respect it and we'll do our best to comply.

First of all contact our Order Desk, send your request on the same ticket used to place the order or create a new ticket and specify to refer to the order already placed.
Please consider that simply contacting us does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request.

We do not accept liability for requests which are not received or read after the order has been invoiced.
